COVID-19 
Due to the concerns regarding COVID-19, Lakeport Fish and Chips is doing their best to accommodate to various alternative needs. Please see below for some of our efforts, and how you can assist appropriately.

1) Delivery services
Are fully functional and are proudly operated by an independent third party and local small business. We can accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash payments. To utilize credit card payment options, a staff member must obtain your credit card information during the ordering process, and manually process the transaction on your behalf. Any tipping to be left to the driver cannot be processed through us - please use your cash for this. Sorry, debit is not available, nor is door payment services.

2) Call-In Orders
Please utilize the call-in order option that we have provided over the past 20 years. Staff will do their best to give an accurate estimation of order completion. 

3) Curb-Side Delivery 
For orders called in advance, and paid in advance via credit card, we are piloting curb-side delivery. Please ensure to call the location upon arrival to properly inform staff of such. This option is not available for debit, or cash transactions.


3) Return Call Orders
Customer's phone number are now being taken upon the start of the ordering process. Upon completion of cooking, and packaging the order, the staff member is calling back the number as previously given, to alert the customer that their order is ready for payment (if not already done so) and retrieval. This will assist minimizing loitering.

4) Social Distancing 
Please retain a distance of 6 feet away from others as much as possible. Refrain from leaning over the counter. Please cover your face using the inside of your elbow when coughing or sneezing.

5) Mutual Respect
Keep in mind that we are all under a lot of stress and everyone is doing their very best to work together through this process. Please also keep in mind that many of our changes are very new to us, and may encumber normal functioning. Also, please keep in mind that we have less staff, and longer wait times may be unpreventable - we are only human after all. Last but certainly not least, please retain your manners, and respect, when visiting any necessary place of business. Abusive language, or behaviour, is unwarranted and not anticipated to ge tolerated by any of our staff at any time. We are all in this together - let's ensure to practice kindness - always.
